Using Analytics Can Help You Grow Your Business Further

Using analytics helps provide guidance on where your marketing is effective, and where you can better improve how your customers experience your business. The effort to cover analytics has grown considerably since my first days in business in 2009. Even further, the switch over from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 (nicknamed GA4) means businesses must plan a workflow to include measurement reviews after the implementation to make sure they have a way to measure the return on their social media and digital ad campaigns.

Despite the changes, the basic reporting elements, like examining referral traffic and comparing traffic against the geography map are still useful. These can be tied to your plans in how you deploy your marketing messages (which we covered in depth during the first session,
